At Melkweg, we are proud to sponsor the Job Booster project in Chad, an initiative that helps young people find employment in a challenging economic environment.

In Chad, youth unemployment is high, even among those with a good education. The economic situation has worsened in recent years, with a decline in GDP per capita.

Job Booster Chad organizes kickoff meetings for young job seekers twice a year. The first took place in June 2023 and the second in September 2023, attracting a total of approximately 550 young people. Following the meetings, a program of training, guidance, and coaching begins.
